Do I need an architect or interior designer with me to visit an Artistic Tile Showroom?
No, you do not. We are happy to walk any homeowner through the process and our highly-trained design associates will make the process easy.

Are your products available in alternative sizes/finishes?
Absolutely. A tremendous variety of formats are available on a special order basis directly from our factories. Minimum order requirements and lead times vary by product line. We are also very proud to offer "tailored to" capabilities, whereby we can produce smaller size field tile and mosaic options to meet your needs, typically within a two week turn-around.

Do you have any LEED products?
Artistic Tile offers a number of products that may contribute to LEED certification, including porcelain, ceramic and glass produced using environmentally sensitive methods, as well as natural stone quarried within North America.

Does Artistic Tile charge a restocking fee?
We do not charge a restock on Artistic Tile product, but may do so on outside vendor material. Please check with your sales associate.

 


Returns & Shipping

 

Where are my items shipped from?
All products are shipped via common carrier, not by Artistic Tile, Inc. Carrier assignments are at the discretion of Artistic Tile. All shipments are FOB Destination (please note FOB requirements below). Artistic Tile disclaims all liability for damage incurred during shipment and all customer recourse shall be directly with the common carrier.

What should I do if my goods arrived damaged?
We take measures to ensure that all products leaving our warehouse are in perfect condition, but it is possible that goods can become damaged during transport. When the goods arrive, you or your project manager (contractor, subcontractor, installer or any person responsible to the property owner for installation) must fully open & inspect all merchandise upon delivery to the jobsite. All damages must be reported to the carrier and Artistic Tile in writing within 72 hrs. of receipt, and any discrepancies should be marked on the Bill of Lading. Artistic Tile will process freight claims on your behalf at your request, but assumes no liability for the success of claims.

Can items be returned for credit if I change my mind?
Yes, stocked Artistic Tile products may be returned for credit within 90 days of receipt. All returns must be properly packed, and free of damage, or evidence of installation. Materials sold by the full carton must be returned in original packaging. All returns must be authorized in advance by Artistic Tile, Inc. A copy of the Return Goods Authorization (RMA) must accompany the return for credit to be issued.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, custom, made-to-order, hand-selected items, pillows, and other accessory orders may not be returned or cancelled.
