INGREDIENTS
2 oz. vodka, 2 oz. fresh lime juice, Ginger beer, Lime wedge, Mint & ice


DIRECTIONS
1. Fill two copper mugs with about ice.
2. Pour 1 ounce of vodka and 1/2 ounce of lime juice over ice in each mug.
3. Pour ginger beer into each cup until mostly full.
4. Stir.
5. Garnish with lime and mint.

Mojitos are a go-to summer drink! The refreshing electric blue color in this particular
blend is reflective of crystal clear waters, perfect for sitting poolside and enjoying
some upbeat music.
INGREDIENTS
1. 2 Tbsp simple syrup
2. 1 cup club soda
3. ½ of a lime
4. quartered 10 mint leaves
5. 1 oz white rum
6. ½ oz blue curacao (optional)
7. ½ cup ice


You may also choose to garnish with fresh blueberries, raspberries or watermelon
for even more festive drink!

SWEET ROSÉ: A sweeter-tasting wine, created by not fermenting all of the fructose into alcohol. White Zinfandel, White Merlot & Pink Moscato.
FRENCH ROSÉ: Rosé from the South of France: The south of France is Provence and Languedoc-Roussillon or sometimes just labeled “Pays d’Oc.” Wines from here smell of strawberries and raspberries and are refreshing with zesty acidity. Rosé from the Loire Valley: This variety is even drier and zippier. Flavors of grapefruit, mint and even red bell pepper are common. In Bordeaux, Rosé made from Merlot tends to be sweet, with an aroma of strawberries and peaches.

This drink is a timeless favorite, and is great for sipping on indoors at the end of the day,
especially in your smoke lounge or home bar. A dash of bitters rounds out the whiskey,
while the rosemary adds a nice herbal note.
INGREDIENTS
1. 2 oz Rye Whiskey
2. 0.25 oz Rosemary Syrup
3. 2 Dash Orange Bitters
​​DIRECTIONS
1. To make the rosemary syrup, combine equal parts water and sugar in a pot. Add several sprigs of fresh rosemary. Heat mixture until just barely simmering and remove from heat. Let the syrup steep for 10 minutes, and then remove the rosemary.
2. In a rocks glass combine the whiskey, rosemary syrup, and orange bitters. Add ice and stir to chill the drink. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and an orange peel.
