Beth Hickey

Before working for Artistic Tile, Beth worked in client services for a promotional advertising firm specializing in screen printing and embroidery. Fast paced was her middle name! The majority of her clients provided services for “hot market” - orders mostly for the NFL and MLB. Quick turnaround was a must, especially during playoff season. Since starting with Artistic in 2014 in the order entry/reception department, Beth has quickly advanced to client services, and on to become the team lead/training specialist. Michael Wu
Client Services
Michael Wu works in Artistic Tile's client services department. He has a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Monmouth University. Prior to joining the company, he spent five years working in the decorating apparel industry. He makes sure to assist the clients and help them find the right products and services needed. Dolores Goncalves
Client Services
Before working for Artistic Tile, Dolores worked for Ideal Tile Importing and then moved on to work in their new Ideal Tile showroom. Working in the showroom was only supposed to be a temporary position, with the expectation that she'd return to Importing. As it turns out, she discovered she enjoyed working with clients and helping to plan their projects, so she stayed. Dolores finds it especially rewarding when a client leaves happy and they return to work with you again. After four years in a showroom, she's moved onto work on the Artistic Tile customer service team, where she now lends her attentiveness, kindness, and expertise to remote clients. Herminio Vergara

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Herminio Vergara brings nearly 20 years of experience in sales and customer service, excelling in leadership, training, and customer success management. A dedicated father and third-year law student, he is passionate about leadership, self-improvement, and human psychology. Recently relocating to Panama to be closer to family, he embraces new opportunities while enjoying travel, the beach, and cherished family traditions. Daniel Nunez
Client Services
A native of Panama City, Panama, Daniel Nunez is a licensed commercial pilot with a passion for business and digital marketing. After earning his pilot certifications in the U.S., he transitioned into the corporate world, later moving to Poland to complete a degree in Digital Marketing and Sales Management. An instructor in Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA), he is pioneering Panama’s first HEMA club. Brent Crossman
Client Services
Brent Crossman built a career at the intersection of business and design. After earning his business degree from NYU and later studying at F.I.T., he spent 12 years working at Ralph Lauren before life took him to Panama in 2011. A proud New Yorker and keen observer of history, he carries the city’s influence wherever he goes. Now with Artistic Tile, he’s embracing this next chapter with enthusiasm. Jose Gomez

Born in Chitré and raised in Panama City, Jose Gomez blends business expertise with a passion for problem-solving. With experience at companies like HP, Dell, and Grainger, he’s honed his skills in customer service, sourcing, and negotiation. A former entrepreneur, he once ran a business building high-end workstations for professionals.
